1 to 1 coaching sessions can be booked to meet the needs of any player.

• A totally personalised coaching experience.

• Sessions of either one or two hour duration.

• Indoor & outdoor venues around North & West Cumbria make this an ALL YEAR ROUND OPTION.

• Can be tailored to problem solve on any area of performance.

• You can identify areas that you’d like to work on – or you can leave it to us to decide based on what we see!

• Session time can be split to cover more than one area – e.g. ½ hour on one topic with ½ hour on another. Batting / bowling / wicket keeping / fielding are the obvious options where we can help. However, we can also run sessions on game tactics / captaincy / general fitness / agility / diet and lifestyle.

• Optional use of video for analysis.

• We offer advice on recommended drills for home use, for those who want to build on what they have covered during our coaching session.

• The new ECB Child Welfare guidelines now discourage coaches from working in “unobserved situations”, in order to protect both young cricketers, and coaches. When accepting bookings for 1 to 1 coaching for players under 18, we will therefore now ask a parent / guardian (or other adult chosen by them) to be present. If attending a session with your child is difficult for you to do, please speak to us. (We can normally organise for 1 to 1 sessions to be held at a venue where other activities are also taking place. In doing so, we can therefore ensure that any such “unobserved situation” is avoided.)

• From 1st September 2007, one to one coaching sessions will cost from £18.00 per hour (outdoor), and from £27.50 per hour (indoor).  (Outdoor sessions held before 1st September 2007 will cost £16.50 per hour)
